Common questions
- Slack says only workspace owners can install the app. The Slack app page explains the two ways to get it installed.
- My figures are empty. Usage appears once your organisation’s admin has set up telemetry for your AI agents and you have used one since. Ask your assistant, through TokenX, whether your activity is arriving: it tells you what is missing.
- I want to stop notifications. Turn Slack or email notifications off in your settings, or from the app’s Home tab in Slack.
- What do you collect, and who sees it? Everything is in our privacy policy.
